Info: 

The deposit/franchise of 1500€ must be paid up to 7 days before check-in by bank transfer (if the booking is made less than 7 days before check-in, the deposit will have a maximum period of 24 hours to be transferred). If the renter does not make the payment of the deposit within the stipulated deadline, a fee of 50€/day of delay will be charged. The deposit is refunded at check-out if no damage is found and the corresponding 50% of the deposit amount will be retained for 15 days to confirm other damages that cannot be checked immediately (such as inflatable equipment), tolls/SCUTs/fines. After those 15 days it is also refunded if everything is found without damage, tolls, SCUTs or fines (that can be verified at the time). 

On the check-in day the renter must always bring the original driving license with a valid date at least until the end of the trip. If not, the trip is not accepted. 

If the owner has to wait more than 30 minutes from the scheduled time for the renter at check-in, due to delay or lack of documentation, a 50€ delay fee will be charged. 

In case of passing through tolls, 15€ will be charged for activation of the Via Verde service, in addition to the respective SCUTs and tolls. 

If it is verified that the vehicle is used in prohibited conditions, such as: traveling with more people than allowed in the vehicle (3), making trips abroad or taking animals, a fee of 500€ will be charged. 

If the vehicle is returned very dirty or the tanks are not full/emptied, a fee of 50€ will be charged. If the fuel tank has not been filled, the fuel cost + 50€ will be charged. 

Renter Responsibility: In case of any damage to the vehicle, whether interior or exterior, the Renter is responsible for the repair cost + VAT, for each damage/incident that occurs + Damage Management Administrative Fee (D.A.F.) in the amount of 100.00€. This fee is independent of the value of the damage and is not refundable. 

In case of total loss or theft, the full amount of the franchise will be used to cover the loss, in addition to legal claims. 

Compensation for Immobilization: If the vehicle becomes unable to circulate or to be rented due to damages caused by the fault of the Renter (or where no third party is identified), the Lessor reserves the right to charge compensation for “loss of profit”. The immobilization amount will be calculated based on the daily rental rate of the vehicle in force in the contract, for each day the vehicle remains in the workshop or awaiting inspection, up to a maximum limit of 10 days. The amount due for the immobilization of the vehicle is cumulative with the damage franchise amount and the claim management fee.
