Road trips, mountains, beaches, boundless freedom, a home away from home—that's the VW California. We recently fell in love with this campervan and are happy to share it with you. Looking for a campervan with all the comforts, a unique sleeping space that also allows you to visit small towns, explore narrow mountain roads, and enjoy long, comfortable drives? Then the VW California is for you!
Our brand-new Ocean is waiting for you for its next adventure. Sleeping in the roof tent (approx. 115x200 cm) is fantastic, but the bed downstairs (approx. 105x200 cm) is also incredibly cozy! The front seats swivel, of course, and the large table can be placed either under the awning next to the kitchen or inside between the two rows of seats. Traveling alone, with two or three people and need more space? Then you can simply leave the fourth rear seat with us; it can be removed and you won't need it for the bed downstairs. The cabinets offer more space than you might think, and there's a special bag on the left rear window for clothes.
Of course, you'll need some furnishings to travel comfortably. We'll provide you with a basic kitchen set, including:

-electric kettle for camping (1200 Watt)

-4 glasses suitable for wine, water and soft drinks
-plastic cutlery of 4 knives, 4 forks, 4 spoons

-silicone caps for wine bottles (wine bottles fit upright in the refrigerator)

*Check in advance with your campsite whether you are allowed to barbecue with charcoal!
*The campervan has a shower hose that you can connect to the water tank, but this is naturally a bit chilly. That's why you also get a solar shower: a 20-liter bag that you can heat in the sun during the day. The water can reach temperatures of up to 50°C! This way, you can enjoy warm to hot water even off-grid, weather permitting.
The gas bottle for the kitchen is always included, providing at least 30 hours of cooking time. However, we do ask that you avoid baking or frying inside the campervan, as this creates dirt and odors that are difficult to remove. That's why we also provide a charcoal BBQ (for use outside the campervan). For extra cooking enjoyment, we also offer the optional rental of our super-convenient Cadac Safari Chef gas barbecue (also for use outside the campervan) including two gas bottles (8 hours of cooking time) for €5 per day!
What we also optionally rent out:

-Tent for toilet and/or solar shower Safarica Multi Cabin at €2 per day
Outdoor carpet for under the awning and next to the California (see photos) measuring 3m x 4m for €2 per day. This is especially useful if you expect some rain!
-Luxury melanin tableware from Brunner "Blue Ocean" for 4 people (see photos) at €5 per day
-Bicycle rack for 3 bicycles from Hapro at €5 per day
You'll need to provide your own bedding (fitted sheets, pillows, sheets, blankets, sleeping bags), as well as towels. We can offer advice if you're unsure where to start.
