Jumpy – Self-developed and self-sufficient

Our "Jumpy" was expanded in 2021 within half a year and then accompanied us on a 6-month trip to Europe.

Our aim was to create an almost self-sufficient vehicle and thus hardly be dependent on campsites.

Our Jumpy therefore has a lavishly dimensioned solar system (540W), a charging booster (this charges our on-board battery while driving) and a correspondingly large on-board battery. On campsites, Jumpy can also be connected to shore power.

An inverter is also installed in our Jumpy. This supplies several 230V sockets that we installed throughout the vehicle. Consumers up to 1.5 kW can be operated in this way.

An induction cooker is available for cooking. It has 2 fields that can be fully used in self-sufficient use up to 1500W and via shore power.
If you want to cook more extensively, we have a mobile gas stove on board as an alternative (gas cartridges included).

Our well-established wine barrel shower with shower curtain is available for a fresh start to the day. Thanks to the built-in hot water boiler, you can even take a warm shower.
