**Discover our camper: a luxury adventure on wheels**

Welcome to our personal camper story! We have decided to share our beloved camper every now and then with people who will take as much care of it as we do. From the moment you step in, you will immediately feel the luxury and quality with which this camper is furnished. It is our pride and joy and we hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Our camper is a **Chausson Welcome 747**, an edition full of luxury and comfort. With its stylish appearance and striking stickers, it attracts admiring glances everywhere. It stands firmly on a **Fiat Ducato chassis**, with 150 hp powerful enough for every trip. Thanks to the cruise control, it drives wonderfully relaxed and you can easily achieve an economical consumption of 1 in 11.

**Space, comfort and flexibility**
We have searched for a long time for a camper that really offers everything you need. In the back you will find two extra long beds (I am 1.95m myself and have space to spare!) that you can use separately or convert into one very comfortable bed. Ideal for warm nights or if you just want some extra space. The lockable bedroom also offers privacy and direct access to the toilet, without climbing ladders.

The Chausson electric lifting bed is a real treat: it offers a comfortable sleeping surface for two people and disappears easily at the touch of a button, so that you have plenty of living space during the day. The large panoramic roof provides a fantastic feeling of freedom, wherever you are.

**Equipped with all amenities**
Our camper offers space for up to five people (four of whom can travel with a seat belt). Converting the dinette into an extra sleeping place makes this possible. We often take a small tent with us for some extra privacy. The separate shower and toilet give you a spacious feeling and extra convenience.

The practical layout and modern options make travelling incredibly comfortable:
- Large garage for valuables and bicycles
- Bicycle carrier suitable for two electric bicycles and a smaller bicycle
- Roof fan for fresh air without high power consumption
- Luxury navigation system, Android radio and reversing camera
- Large fridge/freezer and a TV with Chromecast

Furthermore, the camper is fully equipped with:
- Crockery, cutlery and pans for five people
- Solar panels for extra energy
- A powerful diesel heater (no gas needed for heating)
- USB ports, lounge chairs and a table
- And many more useful details!

**Important points of attention**
We only rent our camper to neat, careful tenants. Festivals, young people and long journeys do not fit in with our conditions. We expect the camper to be returned clean, with a full tank and with empty tanks (grey water and toilet cassette). This way it stays in top condition for everyone.

- **Cleaning costs:** €50 if not clean
- **Empty tanks:** Grey water tank (€25) and toilet cassette (€35) will be charged in case of negligence
- **Return with a full tank:** Otherwise €25 plus fuel costs

**Practical and close by**
Our camper has a German license plate, but that doesn't matter. We live just across the border at Groesbeek/Nijmegen. Here you can fill up cheaply and do some shopping before you leave. Your car can be parked for free 100 meters from our home. We prefer tenants who are discovering the Netherlands, Germany or Belgium. Nice and close, and yet a world of difference.
