Norbi – Former police car with 4WD for great trips

Norbi (Norbi the Blue-Nosed Vito) is a former police patrol car, which can still be recognized by the blue hood.

After many hours of loving work, Norbi has been converted into a camper and all-purpose recreational touring vehicle with a foldable 200 x 140 cm bed with a real mattress. Care was taken to ensure that everything that is stowed in the car can be accessed without leaving the car at e.g. B. bad weather.

Its all-wheel drive with ESP ensures safety in poor weather conditions and protects against getting stuck on e.g. B. wet meadows.
With the green environmental badge and thanks to its compact size, it is also suitable for city tours and, at less than 2 meters high, is low enough for most multi-storey and underground car parks.
It has 163 hp, 360 Nm and thus makes good progress with acceptable consumption (approx. 8-9 liters). It is always possible, even on mountainous roads, to easily swim with the traffic. Overall, it drives very easily and comfortably, like a car. With the automatic transmission and the high seating position, you can relax and enjoy the ride.

It has good basic equipment with comfort seats with front armrests and lumbar supports, air conditioning, CD radio with Bluetooth for music and hands-free calls, a rear view camera with dashcam and an extra reading lamp for the passenger. In order to connect electrical devices, Norbi has 2 cigarette lighters in the dashboard and 2 in the rear area, one of which is always connected to the additional battery.

The light in the rear part, the radio and other consumers are powered by the second battery. So you don't have to be afraid of draining the starter battery overnight and not being able to start it anymore.

If required, it can also be upgraded to a 5-seater with up to 3 additional individual seats. Even then, the bed can still be used, but then it gets cramped inside. Luggage can be safely stowed in the various Euroboxes under the bed.
A bicycle carrier can be rented to take up to 3 bicycles with you.

Funny side effects that can be observed when driving with Norbi: on the motorway you get space, you are less likely to be given the right of way. One can also be greeted by the police and is critically eyed by dubious contemporaries.
