Prima esperienza, due adulti ed una bambina di 10 anni, week-end lungo! Il nostro primo viaggio è andato molto bene, merito anche del camper di Cosimo, accessoriato di tutto ciò che serve e di più. Compresi nel noleggio guanciali, biancheria per il letto, per il bagno, teli mare....tutto pulito e profumato, biciclette, tavolino da campeggio, lettino prendisole etc. Il mezzo è tenuto molto bene, frigo e forno sono praticamente nuovi. Non posso esprimere un giudizio sul piano cottura e sul lavello di cucina in quanto abbiamo mangiato piatti freddi e consumato due pranzi al ristorante, ma posso dire che sono nuovi, puliti e funzionanti. Per quanto riguarda la toilette, essendoci fermati in un'area sosta camper, abbiamo utilizzato solo wc e lavandino, mentre per la doccia abbiamo sfruttato quella dei bagni pubblici. Cosimo si è dimostrato un proprietario molto disponibile, prima della partenza abbiamo potuto visionare il camper e ha risposto a tutte le nostre domande. Inoltre ci ha inviato dei video in cui spiega in modo pratico l'uso del camper e di tutti gli accessori di bordo, una sorta di "libretto di istruzioni" per neofiti come noi! Cosimo si è reso flessibile sull'orario di ritiro (7:00 del mattino) e riconsegna del mezzo (20:00 di sera), permettendoci di sfruttare a pieno il nostro week-end lungo. Insomma camper e proprietario super consigliati!

Cosimo si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile e gentile, per spiegare il funzionamento del camper e qualora ci fosse stata necessità di aiuto durante il viaggio.

The trip itself was fine. The booking process was smooth and Cosimo responded readily and helpfully to queries and messages. The van is not a modern one, but worked very well for our needs (a family visiting from the UK). The problems started at drop off. We had paid a supplement for cleaning, and left the van clean and tidy, but Cosimo wanted to charge us extra for not having cleaned the van inside and out and not having refilled the water tank. He also started sending photos of things he thought we had "broken", for example window blinds which were broken beforehand. I would not hire from Cosimo again - the handover process and the messages and extra charges that followed were stressful in the extreme. In the end I had to block Cosimo's number on WhatsApp, which is not something I have ever done before.

Il camper non era affatto pulito, la biancheria ho dovuto lavarla 3 volte per levare il tanfo che aveva preso e ho dovuto lavare la moquette più volte per via di una chiazza d'olio. Il serbatoio dell'acqua e del gasolio non erano pieni e quindi ho applicato semplicemente i costi extra previsti da contratto.
Le foto che ho inviato erano solo a scopo di informare che c'erano altri costi extra che non ho addebitato solo perché me ne sono accorto dopo il check out.
Chiaramente a seguito di questa recensione non affitterò più il camper ad Abigail.
