We are Anne and Rowdy and we rent out our camper because we know how nice it is to get away from it all – away from the hustle and bustle, waking up to the sound of birds and deciding where you’re going tomorrow. We enjoy using the camper ourselves, but Anne spends a lot of time on the African continent for her development work and that’s why we like to give others the chance to go on the road with our Adria. We make sure everything is neat and complete. When you leave, we take our time to explain everything. And if there’s anything on the way, you can always reach us.
Our Adria Twin 640 is the longest version of its kind and is built on a Fiat Ducato with 130 hp. This makes the bus drive smoothly and stably, even through the mountains. For longer journeys you can also sit relaxed behind the wheel thanks to the cruise control and the air conditioning in the cabin. The reversing camera makes parking a lot easier. The camper is really equipped with every comfort and luxury.
Sleeping: in the back are two length beds (190x90) with fine mattresses, and enough space to lie down comfortably. Between the beds is an extra piece of mattress so that the bed can be made into a double bed or 2 single beds. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets and blackout, so you can sleep without mosquitoes or sunlight.
Cooking: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: such as pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, a 2-burner stove, a sink and a large fridge with freezer compartment. There is a percolator and a kettle. So you only need to bring your own groceries. As soon as you are on a campsite and are connected to electricity, it is even possible to use an oven, Nespresso machine, electric heating and a milk frother via the 230V (the camper is now a glamper ;-) ).
Bathroom: There is a small bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink - ideal if you prefer not to be dependent on sanitary facilities at a campsite or camper place. It is possible to create a shower cabin and shower in the camper. The shower head can also go outside through the window, so you can also make an outdoor shower.
Heating: The camper is equipped with hot air ring heating: you will be comfortable in no time, even when it is a bit chilly in the evening.
Off grid: Would you rather spend a bit more time in nature without being on a campsite? No problem. The camper is equipped with a solar panel and a powerful household battery. There are various 12V charging points, so that small devices can be charged perfectly. There is also a water tank of more than 100 litres and the ring heating and good insulation allow the temperature to be adjusted, even in the colder months and areas.
