We love sharing our fantastic campervan! Ideal for families (or multiple adults). Despite its age, it drives like a dream!
Beds
The campervan is equipped with an alcove bed for two, a bunk bed, and two dinettes that can be converted into beds (one dinette for one person and one for two, or together to form a giant bed!). The great thing is that with the alcove bed and the bunk bed, you always have four sleeping places without having to convert anything! So even in bad weather, you can comfortably stay inside while the kids are asleep.
The camper is ideal and very spacious for 4 people. It can also accommodate 6, but it's simply a bit more cramped.
You can bring your own bed linen, that's the most comfortable way to sleep :).
All windows are fitted with mosquito screens and blackout blinds. The blackout blind on the bunk bed is very fragile, so it is best to always keep it closed.
Kitchen
The campervan is equipped with a refrigerator with a small freezer that can run on both electricity and gas. So a trip where you're stuck in a parking lot without electricity is no problem. It also has a three-burner gas stove and a sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your trip.
Toilet
A toilet and shower are also available. A shower is strictly for emergencies, with a mini-boiler, and because it produces a lot of moisture, it's not good for the campervan. So, preferably not.
Storage space
There's plenty of storage space in the overhead cabinets, and under the large dinette are two large compartments, another tall cabinet, and a garage. Folding up the lower bunk bed more than doubles the garage's size. The bike rack can accommodate three bikes.
The camper has six seat belts. Two in the front. In the back, there are two standard three-point belts. Then there's a single-point belt and a three-pint belt, but this one can only be adjusted to one position (it doesn't extend when you lean forward).
With three seat belts in the back, you can secure a car seat or Maxi-Cosi. The fit depends on the type of car seat you have. Four people can enjoy a game at the table while traveling.
Good to know
It is a camper of over 20 years old, so mosquito nets, windows and blackout require some management.
In short, with four people you have plenty of room and comfort, with 5 or 6 it is a bit more cramped and offers slightly less comfort.
