This camper is ready for adventure! Are you?
I hope I can share the joy of this camper with other bon vivants. Below, I'll tell you what you can expect from Bert.
Your driving comfort.
The camper drives smoothly and easily, and thanks to the 2.5 TDI engine, it has enough power to take you anywhere. No mountain is too high. The seats are comfortable, and you have a great view from behind the wheel. A major advantage of an alcove camper is that it blocks the sun from shining in your eyes or on your body for most of the day.
The engine's characteristic hum increases significantly above 100 km/h. So, cruise along at 90-100 km/h and you'll arrive at your destination in no time. If you want to hear less of the hard work going on under the hood, simply turn up your favorite music on the Bluetooth radio. The sound quality is excellent, and DAB+ is also available.
TomTom navigation helps you get where you want to be.
Your safety.
The tires are in excellent condition, fairly new brake pads and discs have been installed, and the brake fluid was recently replaced. Items such as a warning triangle, high-visibility vests, and a spare tire are included. A fire extinguisher is also in the camper.
The rearview camera provides a good view of what's happening behind you. However, it's better to enjoy the view through the windshield.
Your living space.
In the dinette, you can relax, eat, play a game, or plan your next trip. There's a Bluetooth radio, good speakers, and a subwoofer. There are also games in the cupboards. These cupboards are everywhere in the camper, so you can bring plenty of food, clothes, and other items. There's a TV where you can stream your favorite series or sports matches. Cooking is done on the three-burner gas stove, there's a heater to keep you warm on chilly evenings, and there's a refrigerator with a freezer and all the kitchen necessities, such as cutlery and other utensils. A bonus is the microwave/oven for warming your rolls or frozen ratatouille so you can still get your veggies.
Your bathroom.
The basic toilet and shower work fine, but they're not luxurious. I never use the shower myself, and only the toilet for guests. The latter is also preferred for rentals. It's so refreshing, isn't it? ;-)
Your night's sleep.
A good night's sleep is important, so there are two spacious beds with good mattresses, one of which (in the alcove) is brand new. Both beds are 140x200cm, ensuring comfortable sleeping. A major advantage is that they are fixed beds, so no need to convert them if your eyes start to close in the evening, and you don't have to lie on a pile of pillows. This is possible, though; you can easily create an extra sleeping space in the dinette. No need to suffer from sticky nights, because the roof air conditioning keeps you nice and cool.
The beds are fitted with mattress protectors. Please bring your own fitted sheets, blankets, pillows, and duvet covers.
Your holiday home.
There's a large awning to keep you dry and out of the sun. There are two chairs and a table, as well as ramps. You can grab your bikes from the bike rack so you can pop into the village for groceries or explore the surrounding area.
From the garage you also get things like a long electricity cable, badminton rackets, table tennis bats and an outdoor rug.
There's an LPG tank under the camper, making it easy to cook, heat, and run the refrigerator. There's no charge for LPG. If you'd like to bring your own gas barbecue, you can easily hook it up outside.
For further convenience, there is a solar panel to keep the household battery charged and a vacuum cleaner, dust buster, cleaning supplies and the like are provided.
The camper has always been smoke and pet free!
