A bit of a rough converted Opel Movano from 2010. It can transport 9 people, 7 of whom can sit sideways without a seat belt (because the van is from before 21-7-2012).
It is also suitable for transporting large items. The bed can be used across the entire width, but a part is less long (perhaps suitable for 2 adults + child). You do not have to fold everything out.
Friends (a couple with 2 children) put up a net so that the children can sit safely in the bed while driving, I don't know if this is allowed. They also attach a TV to the wall, and one of the adults sleeps on a mattress on the floor half under the bed. They also take an extra mattress with them, because they find the one in the van a bit hard. A lot is possible.
There are opaque curtains that can be attached with magnets. You can also bring your own cloths and hang them in front of the windows with the magnets. If you want to attach a child seat, I'll be happy to help you.
I don't smoke and I don't want people smoking in the van. But I don't want to send smokers out into the rain either. Open the window, return without the smell.
There are two batteries and a solar panel as standard (if necessary, there are fold-out solar panels available for loan, to place outside). There is 230V available (1500W peak, 750W continuous). Of course, it is possible to charge mobile phones. The van is not well insulated and there is no parking heater, so only limitedly suitable for winter weather. A hot water bottle is available.
There is a sink with a tap with cold water. Furthermore a simple gas stove that can be detached, so you can also cook outside. And a pan. There is a 12V kettle. There is no refrigerator, but there is room for a cool box or something (but I don't have one).
Powerful and reliable engine. Uphill is no problem, 130 on the highway is no problem either. 2 tons of towing capacity. There is an environmental sticker present that is required to enter a number of German cities.
