Wouter is een goeie en aardige verhuurder. De camper die ik meekreeg is een gebruikte camper, verouderd, maar genoeg voor een simpel reisje/korte trip. Het is en blijft een beetje knutselen om het om te bouwen van voertuig naar slaapplek. Maar voor een budgetreisje is het voldoende.

Voor ons een eerste kennismaking met een camperbusvakantie: goed bevallen. ‘Gewoon’ een rondje Noord-NL (coronacrisis). Ondanks dat de camperbus al gedateerd is, in goede conditie. Fijn zo’n automaat en stuurt soepel. Bovenin slapen is goed te doen, ondanks de beperkte ruimte; geeft een soort tentgevoel. Wouter heeft veel vooraf uitgelegd, maar toch nog wat kleine dingen en route tegengekomen. Geen probleem, mede doordat Wouter bij afleveren open stond voor onze feedback. Koken in de camper is niet ons ding, maar dat ligt aan ons (gewend om met tent buiten te koken). Verder viel de opbergruimte ons wat tegen, maar al met al genoten van een ruime week ‘buscamperen’.
