Blauwe Kiwi (VW LT28) – Rent a Volkswagen LT classic retro camper for unprecedented adventures!

With the practical and spacious VW bus camper called Blue Kiwi you go back in time! Especially with the beautiful large steering wheel and the immediately starting diesel back to the 80s. Driving is easy and switching is done with 4 gears. By touring at your leisure you immediately have the real holiday feeling. Go in style with an occasional stopover to your (holiday) destination! Furthermore, with a speed of up to 100 km per hour you can always overtake a truck!

Why is he called Blue Kiwi?
He is of course blue in color with some brown spots here and there considering his age of 40!

Are you going on a nice holiday with your family, friends or just the two of you with nostalgia, sufficient comfort and a retro camper equipped with all conveniences? Do not hesitate any longer, with the included insurances certainly not anymore! It is loading your stuff in the storage compartments or wardrobe and drive away!

To sleep:
It has a double bed on board, either crosswise or lengthwise. In addition to this bed, there are 2 sleeping places for children. Above the front seats is the cot suitable for children up to 3 years.
Sleeping is wonderful and you can even do it with the windows open, as they are equipped with mosquito nets and blackout blinds.

Dimensions 3-4 sleeping places:

- Double bed 140 x 180cm sleeping crosswise OR 180 x 195cm sleeping lengthwise (with decreasing width due to wardrobe to 130cm wide).
- Single bed for child 60 x 130cm (if you sleep lengthwise, a second child can also sleep in the double bed behind the wardrobe (length 140cm).
- Single bed for child 80 x 100cm in the cabin above up to 3 years.
- Option for a camping cot that fits exactly between the front seats, up to 3 years.

A mattress topper is available for the larger bed, so you can sleep much more comfortably.

Interior:
In the front there are 2 seats and in the back a bench with 2 belts. In addition, there are 2 isofix connections for a child seat. The interior offers enough storage space, there is lighting all around and a power outlet.

The kitchenette has all the necessities and is equipped with a cold water tap, refrigerator and gas hob, allowing you to easily prepare tea, coffee or a meal.

Misuse:
Regular bicycles can be taken on the fixed bicycle carrier. E-bikes cannot be placed on the fixed bicycle carrier due to their weight. In that case, use your own bicycle carrier on the existing tow bar with plug connection. A separate bicycle carrier can be rented for an additional fee (15€ per day).

Pick up and take:
We are flexible in terms of pick-up and drop-off. Of course, this will be done in consultation.
Your own car can be safely parked here on the private property in the driveway at no extra cost.
Please let us know in advance whether you need fresh bed linen for 2 people or the separate bicycle carrier.

Tips and details:
- The refrigerator and the tap work on electricity and battery.
- The camper is not allowed in every city center due to environmental zones. (emission class 0)
- Please return it tidy. (broom clean)
- Before departure, the water, fuel and gas tanks are filled and the camper is checked. Also, items such as a filled first aid kit, a fire extinguisher and CO2 detector are present.
- The camper is manoeuvrable and the external dimensions are compact. It fits in 99% of parking spaces.
- Are you going on a trip for longer than 3 weeks and would you like a toilet on board? This can be arranged for an additional fee.

At your destination, you roll out the awning, set up the camping table and chairs, grab a drink and enjoy! Thinking of the warm breeze that flows through the open windows as you drive to your beautiful destination. The engine is going wild, but you have a front row seat in front of the gigantic windscreen!
