Our vintage Mercedes camper Is for rent! The engine is indestructible; we just came back from 5weeks travelling through Spain and she works like a charme:)

Please treat the camper kind
- it is expected to clean the camper before turning it back in. If not done, 150euros will be deducted from the deposit
- we are flexible with picking up and dropping off timings on the agreed days as long as you inform us on time :)
- toilet is not really meant for number 2 ;). If no other option please do not throw toilet paper in the toilet (as it can cause toilet blockage). If blockage is caused, costs will be reimbursed from the renter
- please fuel the tank
- please dump waste water and fill up water tank

Leefruimte – 6 sterren:
De camper is ruim, comfortabel en goed uitgerust. Alles in de keuken werkt goed en de bedden zijn fijn. Je mist eigenlijk niks. Top!
Een defecte koelkast werd keurig opgelost door de verhuurder. Erg tevreden over het verblijf.
Rijervaring – 4 sterren:
Zoals in de beschrijving, de camper is oud, wat merkbaar is tijdens het rijden. Hij is erg luid, trilt veel en rijdt langzaam(max 90km/u) waardoor een rit van 7 uur al gauw een rit van 10 uur werd en dit heb ik persoonlijk allemaal wat onderschat. Geen stuurbekrachtiging en schakelen bleef enorm wennen (vraag vooral even om goede uitleg over het draaibare ventieltje en weet zeker dat je dit goed begrijpt). Langere ritten zijn hierdoor erg vermoeiend geweest. Wel tussendoor contact met de verhuurders voor eventuele vragen.
Tip: vermijd steile hellingen, zelfs na contact met de eigenaar over hoe en wat toch 2x tot stilstaan gekomen op stijle hellingen, wat echt geen pretje was.
Al met al geweldige leefruimte en door de “senioren status” van de camper maak je zeker wat mee en ook zeker een ervaring rijker

As always some very nice days in Netherland. Pick up and return functioned perfect. This is a more then 40 year old truck and it take some to drive on narrow roads in small cities. But as a former truck driver it was a vintage nostalgic feeling. Lots of space and solar driven fridge.
