The Westfalia Amundsen 540 (Fiat Ducato) is a wonderful, comfortable 2-person campervan with a full range of features and a clever layout. It's not too long (5.40 meters) or too high, so you can get everywhere and park easily. And with the fuel-efficient and powerful 177 hp Euro-6 diesel engine, you can enter all low-emission zones.
The campervan features a modern, bright, and inviting interior with LED lighting, a shower with hot water and a toilet, a seating area with swiveling front seats, a modern smart TV (2023) with features including SmartView/screen mirroring (streaming from your phone to the TV), large skylights, 220V, 12V, and USB ports, a convenient kitchenette with hot water, a refrigerator, inventory, ample closet space, and a two-burner stove. The standing height in the campervan is 1.90 meters.
And of course, there's good heating, so you'll be cozy and comfortable even in the early and late season, or in the evenings. In the back is a comfortable double bed (transverse) measuring 130 x 190 cm.
The campervan offers ample ventilation. All windows open and have both mosquito screens and blackout blinds. The sliding door also has a mosquito screen.
If you don't want to be connected to the power supply at a campsite, no problem! With the two household batteries and the solar panel, you can easily stay in the wild for several days while still using your refrigerator, hot water, and heating.
The camper is also equipped with Tom Tom navigation, reversing camera, modern DAB radio, card/telephone/tablet holder, Bearlock anti-theft lock, cruise control, engine air conditioning, LED exterior lighting, electrical cables, safety vests, first aid kit, large sun awning, etc.
Enjoy a wonderful holiday without any worries!
And if you go on holiday without a bike/bikes... then I can remove the Busbiker for you.
I am very flexible with the pick-up and return times.
We think it's a good idea to share our campervan so others can enjoy it too. The campervan is still relatively new with low mileage. We expect its owners to handle it with care.
PS The last 3 pictures of the interior are from the internet, but they give you an idea of the layout.
