a) Vehicle should be returned with the same fuel level as when you collected.
b) Vehicle must be returned clean. All tanks (grey and water tank) must be emptied, toilets emptied and cleaned, all rubbish removed.
c) Vehicle must be securely locked when unattended.
d) Loss of ignition key will result in a replacement charge.
e) The hiring party is recommended to take out their own travel insurance.
f) Bookings for EU travel must be declared in advance. A premium will be added to the booking for EU breakdown and insurance. You must obtain the VE103 document prior to collection date.
g) The Owner has the right to refuse to handover the vehicle upon arrival of the hiring party to any person who in our opinion is not suitable to take charge of the vehicle, due to any concerns we have for the safety of the vehicle or its occupants or other road users.
h) If the vehicle is returned late, dirty or damaged in any way, the cost to clean/repair will be deducted from the security deposit. £50 per hour will be retained/charged for cleaning/labour. Service charge of £50 each will be made for cleaning of un-emptied/unclean chemical toilets, cleaning of dirty or stained carpets or upholstery, cleaning of dirty hob or oven and for the cleaning of the fridge/freezer.
i) You must provide a total of 2 proofs of address. All documents must be dated within 90 days of the hire date. The address & name on your licence must match both documents.
j) An online licence check will be required.
k) Hirer/main driver must be between 30 and 79 years of age.
l) Shall not have more than two, 3 point convictions (i.e. 2x SP30’s, 3pts each).
Additional charges are NOT included in the final price and are charged separately. Full House Rules detailing additional charges will be sent to hirers on request for booking availability.
