Minimum Age Restriction: 30 years

a) The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of collection.

b) The vehicle must be returned clean. All tanks (grey water and fresh water) must be emptied, toilets emptied and cleaned, and all rubbish removed.

c) The vehicle must be securely locked when unattended.

d) Loss of the ignition key will result in a replacement charge.

e) The hiring party is strongly advised to obtain their own travel insurance.

f) Bookings involving EU travel must be declared in advance. A premium will be added to cover EU breakdown cover and insurance. You must obtain the VE103 document prior to the collection date.

g) The Owner reserves the right to refuse to hand over the vehicle to any person who, in our opinion, is not suitable to take charge of the vehicle due to concerns regarding the safety of the vehicle, its occupants, or other road users.

h) If the vehicle is returned late, dirty, or damaged in any way, the cost of cleaning or repairs will be deducted from the security deposit. A charge of £50 per hour will be applied for cleaning or labour. A service charge of £50 each will be applied for:

Cleaning of unemptied or uncleaned chemical toilets

Cleaning of dirty or stained carpets or upholstery

Cleaning of a dirty hob or oven

Cleaning of the fridge/freezer

i) You must provide two (2) proofs of address. All documents must be dated within 90 days of the hire date. The name and address on your driving licence must match both documents.

j) An online driving licence check will be required.

k) The hirer/main driver must be between 30 and 79 years of age.

l) The driver must not have more than two (2) convictions, each carrying 3 penalty points (e.g., 2x SP30s at 3 points each).
