Rules for Use and Return of Vehicle:
1. Fuel: The vehicle must be returned with a full tank of fuel. Failure to do so will result in a charge deducted from the security deposit to cover the cost of refueling.
2. Cleaning: Both the interior and exterior of the vehicle must be cleaned before return. This includes removing any trash, vacuuming the interior, and washing the exterior. A cleaning fee will be applied to the security deposit if the vehicle is returned in an unsatisfactory condition.
3. Water Tank: The water tank must be refilled to its full capacity before returning the vehicle. Any water used during the rental period should be replenished. Failure to refill the water tank will result in a charge deducted from the security deposit to cover the cost of refilling.
4. Damage and Loss: Any damage to the vehicle or loss of equipment during the rental period will be assessed and charged accordingly. This includes but is not limited to damage to the interior, exterior, appliances, and accessories.
5. Late Return: The vehicle must be returned by the agreed-upon time. Late returns may result in additional charges, as outlined in the rental agreement.
6. Smoking and Pets: Smoking and the presence of pets are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. A cleaning fee will be applied if evidence of smoking or pet presence is found upon return.
7. Additional Charges: Any additional charges incurred during the rental period, such as toll fees or parking fines, will be deducted from the security deposit.
