Prior to returning the vehicle please
- re-arrange everything as how you first saw it.
- empty the toilette cassette and clean the toilet.
- drain the grey/waste water
- clean the pots and pans with the dish washing material provided.
- return with full tank of fuel (the vehicle will have full tank of fuel at the start of your hiring period)
- LPG gas ideally needs to be topped upon return. This can be done at quite a few stations across the country. We can agree/discuss when we meet.

We had a fantastic trip to the New Forest in Fairy. Beautifully appointed motorhome, very comfortable and well equipped. Perfect size for us, not too big to drive but plenty of space for two, even when we had an enforced day of relaxation when it rained relentlessly.
Joe was a perfect host, lightning quick to respond. The handover was smooth and really enhanced by helpful videos of how to use Fairy's functionality like heating and hot water.
There were some well thought out helpful things provided like phone cradle and charger. Makes life so much easier, thanks Joe.
100% recommend motorhome and host!

Joe was an amazing host from start to finish, he was very flexible with pick and drop off and very helpful with everything. Joe was helpful and supplied all the necessary information we needed before and during our rental. He shared some super helpful explanatory videos as well as hands on explanation. The handover was great and Joe was also very responsive to Goboony and what’s app messages. The campervan was comfortable and clean and perfect for our trip around Wales .
