We want you to have an amazing trip, while keeping the van in great condition for future travellers. Please take a moment to review the following house rules:

🚫 No Smoking (includes tobacco, e-cigarettes).

🐾 No pets are allowed in or around the van.

⛽ The van comes with a full tank of diesel – please return it full.

🧼 Please return the van and all associate items in a clean and dry condition, as received. Not doing so may result in additional cleaning fees. Please only cook with the door open, and please no strong smelling (eg seafood, curries) or oily foods.

🕓 Collection and return times are fixed. Let us know ASAP if you’re running late. Additional charges may apply.

🛣️ The mileage limit is 1250 miles per week, averaged over the hire (179 miles per day). Extra mileage charged at 29p per mile.

🏕️ Stick to official campsites and paved roads. No off-road driving or festivals unless pre-approved.

🛠️ Breakdowns & Incidents: Please report any issues immediately – we’re here to help.

Children and vulnerable adults must be supervised at all times in and around the van. Please pay particular attention to sharp objects (eg knives) and fire/gas.

The hirer is responsible for the van and safety of those using it during the hire period, as well as any damage. Please be aware that while we allow for wear and tear, this refers only to gradual wear over time (not dents, scratches, cuts, breakages, burns, stains, etc).

Insurance is included, and full details are available. Of note, drivers must be aged 25-75, have held a UK license for 2 years, and provide a copy of their license and proofs of address prior to rental. Any excess or other loss not covered by this policy is the responsibility of the hirer (for example, the insurer will not cover unauthorised drivers, claims resulting when the driver is above the legal limit for alcohol, the hirer's possessions). The hirer is responsible for any fines, penalties or prosectutions resulting during the hire period.
