What we need before you travel: ( we will contact you to arrange this)
- A DVLA licence check code
-Drivers licence
- Proof of address letter (no info just the header )

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our motorhome. We want to maintain a clean and smoke-free environment for all renters. if any traces of smoking a fine of £175 will be charged.

Fuel Level: The motorhome should be returned with a full tank of fuel, just as it was when you collected it. If the fuel level is not the same, we will charge for the missing fuel at the local rate with admin fee.

Pets Allowed: One small dog is allowed please contact us to discuss this. a small cleaning fee of £15 will be applied.

Clean Return: Kindly return the motorhome in a relatively clean condition. Please remove all rubbish, ensure a wipe down is done, and leave the interior in a tidy state. Excessive dirt or damage may result in additional fees.

Waste Tanks: Before returning the motorhome, ensure that all waste tanks are empty especially toilet!. We appreciate your help in maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for all renters. if the toilet comes back from hire in a excessive state or full it will incur a deep cleaning charge.

Mountain use: Can not be used off roading.

Mileage Allowance: Your rental includes a daily mileage allowance of 142 miles (1000 per week) . If you expect to exceed this limit, please contact us to discuss if more mileage is needed.
