Vehicle to be returned full of diesel as per it was upon collection other wise £30 fee will be charged plus the fuel receipt cost which will be deducted from the deposit.

Vehicle to be clean and tidy when returned other wise an extra cleaning fee of £50 will be deducted from the deposit

Well behaved dogs are allowed but please cover the base of the seats with a blanket to protect the seats from scuffs

No smoking in the van at all times any evidence of this will incur a charge of £70

We are always trying to be flexible with drop off and collection times but please be respectful and let us know any requirements you have or if your running late etc we do understand things happen on the roads. Late return without any notice or reasonable reason will be charged £70. Please understand you may be delaying someone else's holiday.

Thanks very much to Ash He was really accommodating and extremely helpful. It was our first time going out V Dubbing but we had no worries. Ash took the time to go through everything. The van was very clean and well kitted out. He even took the time to produce a booklet on all aspects of the van, a very nuce touch Great time was had by Jacquie and I.
