Motorhome House Rules
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these simple house rules:
Return the Motorhome Clean
Please return the motorhome in the same clean and tidy condition as when you collected it. A cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning is required.
No Smoking
Smoking inside the motorhome is strictly prohibited. Any signs of smoking will result in a deep cleaning fee.
Drive Safely
Our motorhome is under 3.5 tonnes, so no special license is needed, but we expect all renters to drive responsibly. Please obey speed limits and road rules.
Pet Policy
We are a dog-friendly rental, but we kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture and that all traces of pet hair are removed before returning the motorhome. Doggy seatbelts are provided, so please use them for your pet’s safety.
Fuel
The motorhome will be provided with a full tank of fuel. Please return it with a full tank of diesel. Failure to do so will incur additional charges.
Toilet & Waste
The toilet cassette and grey water tank must be emptied before returning the motorhome.
Mileage & Journey Limits
Please let us know if you plan to travel outside the UK. Any trips outside the UK must be pre-approved, and additional insurance may be required.
Damage Reporting
We understand accidents happen! Please report any damage or issues during your trip as soon as possible, so we can resolve them without disrupting your holiday.
Breakdown & Emergency
In the unlikely event of a breakdown, contact us immediately, and we will provide assistance. Emergency contact details will be provided before your trip.
