🚐 Campervan Hire – House Rules

To make sure everyone enjoys their adventure and the camper is well looked after, please read and follow the rules below.

🔑 Driver & Hirer Requirements
   •   Minimum age 25 to hire.
   •   Must have held a full UK driving licence for at least 5 years.
   •   2 forms of ID must be shown on collection (including driving licence and proof of current home address).

⛽ Fuel Policy
   •   The camper is supplied with a full tank of diesel – please return it full.
   •   Refuelling charges will apply if not returned with a full tank.

💰 Deposit & Damages
   •   A security deposit is required before hire.
   •   Any damages (inside or outside), breakages, missing items, or additional cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit.

🚓 Fines & Charges
   •   Any parking fines, speeding tickets, congestion charges, or toll fees incurred during the hire are the full responsibility of the hirer.

⚙️ Mechanical Issues & Breakdowns
   •   Please report any mechanical issues or warning lights immediately.
   •   Do not attempt major repairs yourself unless authorised.

🛑 General Use & Care
   •   No smoking or vaping inside the camper.
   •   No pets unless agreed in advance.
   •   Please return the camper in a clean and tidy condition.
   •   Treat the vehicle respectfully – it’s our pride and joy!

📆 Return Policy
   •   Vehicle must be returned at the agreed time.
   •   Late returns may incur additional charges.
   •   All rubbish, food, and personal belongings must be removed before return.
