The vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned the same, otherwise there will be a charge for cost of fuel plus £25

Gas for cooking is included in the hire price. If you are hiring for prolonged period and the full gas bottle is used this will be charged £50

Other charges that may be taken from your security deposit include but are not limited to:

Loss, Accident, or damage requiring repair below head height - cost of repair up to £1000

Overhead damage is not covered on the insurance. The hirer is liable for the full cost of repair (including legal fees if applicable)

Toilet cassette not emptied - £50
Waste water tank not emptied - £30
Toilet water allowed to overflow into the vehicle - £150
Fuel not returned full – cost of fuel + £25
Damaged/broken wing mirror - £200
Vehicle returned later than agreed on final day of hire – £25 per hour late
Windscreen damage requiring replacement glass - £100
Windscreen damage requiring chip repair - £25
Tyre puncture/damage requiring new tyre - £135
loss of key £300

Well behaved pets are considered so long as they can be secured during transport and extra deposit applied.

Please return the vehicle clean and tidy

You are responsible for all charges relating to your trip, including but not limited to ULEZ zones, Dart charge, parking charges etc etc. any fines received as a result of non payment will be charged at the cost plus £25 and payable on receipt

For Insurance:
All drivers must be aged between 21 – 75 years, must have held a full UK/EU driving licence for a minimum of 2 years
no licence suspension within the last 3 years
no more than two 3-point convictions on their licence (2x SP30’s)
2 x proof of address, driving licence, and DVLA licence check code
