House Rules
- Return the motorhome with a full tank of fuel or charges will be applied
- Return the motorhome with the water tank and grey waste tanks emptied
- The toilet cassette has to be emptied - penalty charge of £100 if left unemptied. Toilet only takes human waste and the soluble loo roll (2 rolls & sanitary disposal bags provided).
- No smoking / Vaping allowed
- No Festivals / hen / stag parties
- Declare any accidents/damages asap. Take details from all parties involved.
- Mattress protectors are provided, & must be used.
- Do not take the motorhome off grid/off road. Campsites only.
- Parking tickets/congestion charges/traffic offences paid by the hirer
- Loss of keys will incur a charge
- The vehicle has a tracker & we reserve the right to check the tracker
- Only the named driver on the booking can drive. (An additional driver can be added FOC with pror notification)
- The inside of the Motorhome should be clean and returned as you received it or a cleaning fee of £50 will be charged.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
- Drivers must be aged 29 to 70 years, maximum of 6 points (2 x 3 point offences) and no more than 1 fault or outstanding incident/claim in the last 5 years.
- 2 Years minimum driving experience required
- Disclose any ban/disqualification
- You need at least 2 years driving experience.
- You are liable if the vehicle is stolen due to failure of fitting the disk lock.
- We have to be notified of any insurance declined, refused, cancelled or voided for any reason.
- Failure to meet the above requirements means we reserve the right to decline your booking and you may lose your deposit.
- We will need 2 x forms of ID which include address dated within 90 days of the hire date, copy of your driving licence, and a DVLA share code once a booking is made, in advance of collection.

Steven
The Motorhome was basically brand new , handover and return was handled well. We kept reasonably local Barnard castle , Kielder and Beadnell . Motorhome offered good choice of sleeping arrangements with two single beds and electric drop down double bed with all the other facilities in the Motorhome excellent. Motorhome very nice to drive especially automatic gearbox which was also good on fuel considering the size of the vehicle. We found Francis and her husband Simon very obliging and helpful would certainly rent off them again
