Fuel & Maintenance
Supplied with a full tank of diesel – please return it full.
Wrong fuel (anything other than diesel) = full repair costs.
You’re responsible for basic checks (oil, coolant, washer fluid, tyre pressures).
Cleanliness & Returns
Return the motorhome clean and tidy inside, with everything back in its place.
Toilet cassette and grey waste tanks must be emptied before drop-off.
Charges apply if not done: toilet £100, overflow £250, grey waste £20, excessively dirty/soiled interior from £75.
No need to wash the outside – we’ll do that.
Pets
Small, well-behaved dogs welcome (no cats/other pets).
Keep pets off upholstery or use covers.
Excess hair, dirt, or damage = £100+ cleaning charge.
Smoking & Vaping
Strictly no smoking or vaping inside.
Evidence = £250 cleaning fee.
Pick-Up & Return
Allow up to 1 hour for handover/induction.
Please arrange for two people to collect, as there’s no on-site parking for your car.
Return on time – late returns charged at £25 per 30 minutes.
Security & Safety
Always lock doors/windows and activate security when unattended.
Keep keys safe – if lost/stolen, hirer is liable for vehicle value.
Be aware of height (low bridges, trees, car parks). Overhead damage isn’t insured.
No off-road driving, racing, or water crossings.
Fines & Offences
All tickets, fines, and charges are your responsibility.
£25 admin fee per fine passed on.
Damage & Equipment
Report all damage/issues immediately.
Return all items provided – replace or notify us of small lost/damaged items.
Vehicle comes with 1 gas bottle.
Onboard systems (fridge, heater, hob etc.) shown at handover.
No DIY repairs – please call us first.
Look after the motorhome like it’s your own, and you’ll have an amazing trip making memories one mile at a time!
