Roller Hire Ltd provides new vehicles for you to enjoy with your friends and family.
So, we simply ask that you respect the van and keep it n good condition.
Please follow the rules below.
- W/c cassette must be emptied daily. Chemicals will be provided.
- We provide the camper with 100 litres of fresh water.
- We provide the hook up cable. If
- No smoking or vaping inside the Motorhome
- No off-road - unsealed roads must be pre-approved in writing in messages before the trip begins.
- No pets OR pets only upon application
- Inform us of your destination and if your attending a festival , we do accept festivals 99% of the time.
- Hirer age restrictions 30–70 years of age
- Some of our motorhomes have Awning s and they must be packed away before bad weather arises or when leaving the van or overnight
- The motorhome must be tided before you return and returned in the same condition we gave you the motorhome , We will clean inside and out.
- Pick up from midday or earlier if requested
-Drop back by midday or later if agreed.
- No free or wild camping
- Travel distance (radius from base)

Fuel
- Return full of DIESEL
- All hires include a full tank of diesel and it must be returned full.
- Additional miles will be charged 0.10p permile at the completion of the trip from your bond.
Optional: Unlimited Mileage for £120
Cleaning - Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
Gas Cylinder - £40 cash to pay upon collection of vehicles.
- Toilet cassette must be empty upon return. We charge £50 if not
Emergency - If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you / call me!
Damage - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required.

I had an exceptionally enjoyable experience during my recent family outing. The motor home was meticulously clean and well-organized. Parminder provided a comprehensive explanation of all the features and controls prior to our departure. He also demonstrated flexibility in accommodating our preferred return time for the motor home. I hired a Motorhome from Rollerhire.com for a 2 week holiday around the UK with my wife and kids.
As it was our first time with a motorhome I didn’t know what to expect regarding bedding, gas, cutlery etc but I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up the motorhome that everything was ready to go. One gas bottle, one reserve gas bottle (just incase), toilet chemical, all bedding/plates/cutlery were provided and were fresh/clean. It’s the little things that go along way too - an umbrella and kids drink holders for the table were also really handy!
Communication was excellent both prior to and during our trip. During the trip I had a problem with the heating after changing the gas bottle, I messaged Parminder who was very proactive in assisting me, also sending me videos on how to solve the problem. The problem was resolved really quickly and Parminder was really accommodating despite it being in the evening.
Parminder’s a really nice guy and his passion for hiring his vehicles is obvious. He was over the moon that me and my family loved our holiday and he was able to facilitate this with us using his vehicle.
The chances are we will go on another adventure with the kids, when we do it will definitely be with Rollerhire.com
