Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise it may be cancelled.

Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200 miles a day with a maximum of 1000 miles included in the normal booking price. After 1000 miles, you will be charged .45p per mile at the completion of the trip from your bond.

Hirer age restrictions (30 to 70 years for Flexible members)

Single sex couples are welcome however single sex groups such as stag dos and hen parties are not permitted.

Travel within the England, Scotland and Wales only.

Fuel – return filled with diesel fuel. All hires include a full tank upon departure.

No off-road driving / beach driving / extended driving on gravel roads

No free-camping - please use campsites or approved overnight stops only

Rules on cleaning e.g. CLEANING - Clean the equipment and van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.

Water must be emptied or risk a fine of £50.
