Return with a full tank of diesel and full Gaslow LPG Tanks ( Fillers provided ) if this is not completed there will be a charge of £2.00 per litre plus a £10.00 "refuel fee" applies to both Diesel and LPG.

Must be returned clean and tidy if not an extra cleaning fee of £60.00 will be charged.

Chemical toilet must be emptied in a suitable emptying point as well as Fresh water and grey water tanks.

Pets are allowed but must not be left unattended inside camper at anytime. Lockable dog cages can be added in Garage area if required these are chargeable at £20.00 per cage (min 2 ) for the duration of the rental. Picture of cages shown in Photographs.
These are ideal if you need to leave them at anytime in a safe and secure, ventilated area.

Please avoid wearing outdoor shoes / boots inside the camper.

Free off road parking available during hire period ( at owners risk )

The hirer is responsible for road traffic or parking offence.

Bookings for EU travel must be declared in advance. A premium will be added to the booking for EU breakdown and insurance. You must obtain the VE103 document prior to collection date. The Owner has the right to refuse to handover the motorhome upon arrival of the hiring party to any person who in our opinion is not suitable to take charge of the vehicle, due to any concerns we have for the safety of the vehicle or its occupants or other road users. 


You must provide a total of 2 proofs of address. All documents must be dated within 90 days of the hire date. The address & name on your licence must match both documents. 
An online licence check will be required. 
Hirer/main driver must be between 30 and 75 years of age, Shall not have more than two, 3 point convictions (i.e. 2x SP30’s, 3pts each).
Additional charges are NOT included in the final price and are charged separately. Full House Rules detailing additional charges will be sent to hirers on request.
