o Drivers must be aged 21–75 with a full UK or EU driving licence held for at least 2 years.
o No more than 6 points on the licence. Serious convictions may disqualify eligibility.
o You must arrange insurance, or we can organise cover through our trusted broker (£80 approx.). Proof of valid insurance is required before collection.
o Return: Camper must be returned on time, in clean and tidy condition, with full fuel tank
o Late returns will incur a £30/hour charge unless agreed in advance.
o Full-to-full: Vehicle is provided with a full tank of diesel and must be returned full. Refuelling charge applies if not.
o No smoking or vaping in the vehicle.
o Well-behaved dogs may be allowed by prior arrangement only. Extra cleaning charges may apply.
o In the event of an accident, breakdown or damage, notify us immediately.
o Do not attempt repairs without contacting us unless it's an emergency and we’re unreachable.
o Full recovery support is included to your destination or home.
o UK travel only unless agreed beforehand.
o No off-roading or towing other vehicles.
• Security Deposit: £200 (refundable)Payable before or upon collection (via bank transfer or secure payment link) Fully refundable within 7 working days after return, assuming:
o No damage to vehicle inside or out
o No missing equipment or items
o No traffic violations or unpaid fines
o Returned with full tank and in clean condition

The deposit is fully refunded when the booking is cancelled.
