House Rules
- Return the motorhome with a full tank of fuel or charges will be applied
- Return the motorhome with the water tank and grey waste tank emptied
- Dogs allowed, any damage caused by a dog will be charged for. £35 fee due on collection.
- The toilet cassette has to be emptied - penalty charge of £100 if left unemptied
- No smoking / Vaping allowed
- No Festivals / hen / stag parties
- Declare any accidents/damages asap. Take details from all parties involved.
- Mattress protectors are provided, & must be used.
- Do not take the motorhome off grid/off road. Campsites only.
- Parking tickets/congestion charges/traffic offences paid by the hirer
- The Awning must be closed at night and in bad weather. You are responsible for damages.
- Loss of keys will incur a charge
- The vehicle has a tracker & we reserve the right to check the tracker
- Only the named driver/s on the booking can drive. Additional drivers added at £5 per day payable on collection.
- Cleaning Fee of £35 is used for the exterior. The inside of the Motorhome should be clean and returned as you received it.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
- Drivers must be aged 25 to 70 years, maximum of 6 points (2 x 3 point offences) and no more than 1 fault or outstanding incident/claim in the last 5 years.
- 2 Years minimum driving experience required
- Disclose any ban/disqualification
- You need at least 2 years driving experience driving a manual
- You are liable if the vehicle is stolen
- We have to be notified of any insurance declined, refused, cancelled or voided for any reason.
- Failure to meet the above requirements means we reserve the right to decline your booking and you may lose your deposit.
- We will need 2 x forms of ID dated within 90 days of the hire date, copy of your driving licence, and a DVLA share code once a booking is made
