Insurance (Please note that the insurance is provided based on a person with UK licence and address over 25 and with no convictions or claims). We are often able to offer insurance to people who do not fit this but we have to request an updated price and agreement from the insurance company which typically is approved but may slightly change the daily price (typically by a few £) and sometimes requires a slightly higher excess. If for any reason you are not accepted for insurance the booking would need to be cancelled. If you are unsure then please message us to discuss.
There is strictly no smoking in the van please.
Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises / leaving the van.
Vehicle must be returned cleaned or you’ll risk a cleaning fee of £50
Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required
Couples are welcome however groups such as stag dos and hen parties are not permitted.
Mileage limits (per hire) averaged at 100 miles per day are included in the booking price. You will be charged £0.45p per mile for additional distance travelled over the total allowance. You are able to pay a small supplement to change this to unlimited mileage.
Fuel – return filled with diesel to the same level as it was when collected. Failure to do this will result in a fuel charge at £2.00 per litre
No off-road driving / beach driving / extended driving on gravel roads
No free-camping (i.e illegal camping)
Late return will incur a minimum of a £50 charge. Failure to return the vehicle on the agreed day will result in charges for the additional days and penalty charges up to of £500 per day.
Tolls or congestion charge zone where payment cannot be made by yourselves this should be agreed prior to the rental commencement or as soon as you are aware you have incurred a charge. Unpaid charges will incur a penalty of £50 plus any unpaid charges including penalty charges if incurred.

The handover didn’t take long. Ross covered everything in writing in a file - I referred to it twice, invaluable. I stayed local for my first experience. The campervan was brilliantly equipped, so warm and cosy. Will definitely be having more adventures in it !!

Very easy to drive and assemble the beds, awning etc. Ross gave a very clear handover and was very quick to respond to any questioned I had before and during the trip.
