Our beautiful Motorhome lovingly known as Millie is a home away from home for your next adventure!
Featuring a fixed double bed with memory foam mattress and a pull out double in the front, she sleeps 4 comfortably. There is also a curtain divider between the two sleeping areas for added privacy. The bedroom has hanging and drawer storage for clothes and a vanity area with mirror.

Please return with a full tank of fuel - failure to do so will mean a deduction from your deposit
Please ensure the toilet cassette is emptied and cleaned - charge for unemptied / unclean cassette - £150
Bedding and towels are not included - please bring your own and take them away with you
Please empty the bin - any rubbish left will mean a deduction from your deposit
Please leave Millie clean and tidy - any additional cleaning of upholstery (careful with the red wine!) will mean a deduction from your deposit
All breakages internally and externally must be paid for and will be deducted from your deposit
We love dogs and we want them to enjoy their adventure but please keep them off the beds and furniture and do not leave them unattended in the motorhome at any time
Festival goers - have a great time but please leave your wellies outside of the motorhome!

Our motorhome journey was exceptional. We highly endorse Rachel and Mischell, their communication with clients is outstanding. It was truly enjoyable.

We had problems with heating in the first night despite being hooked up to site point. Following 2 hrs of going through manual ( some pages had been damaged with part pages missing), we eventually got the problem sorted. We messaged Rachel and finally got a response 4 hrs later. The problems with the power continued, so we cut the holiday short after 3 days( should have been a 5 night break). When we spoke about the problems, Rachel's response was, "I would have left the engine running all night." We don't think that leaving a diesel engine running all night is really acceptable and after reading the Goboony advice to owners it seems that Rachel needs to make sure in future that the vehicle is properly checked and that the introduction should be more than 10 min. It has at least made us realise that we will not be wasting money on hiring any vehicles in the future.

As discussed the issue with the heating on the first evening was because you had locked out the system. I believe this was resolved and you had heating for the remainder of the trip. I wasn’t suggesting you left a diesel a home on all night but that putting the heaters on for a short time would have quickly heated the inside of the vehicle for you. I assure you the vehicle is properly checked and has a full habitation check in place. User error is common when people are first using the system which is why we went through this thoroughly on hand over. Our handover was closer to an hour with you and not 10 minutes. As discussed I wasn’t suggesting available to answer any issues and you had my contact number and email - as the notification came through Goboony I responded as soon as I saw the message. I hope this helps to clarify some of the points.

What an experience ….. !!!!!
From booking, to the communication with Rachel before handover, the experience was very good.
Handover was through but very reassuring and relaxing as first timer when it comes to motor home road trips.
We adventured all over Northumberland and Millie handled it brilliantly, what an incredible motor home she is! The facilities that Millie offers made the whole experience very easy and we look forward to booking Millie again in the future for our next Road Trip.

Motor home is in excellent condition, well equipped. Rachel let us preview the van before deciding to hire the vehicle. All instructions for the use of the facilities on the vehicle were clearly demonstrated to us before travelling.
