To ensure everyone has a fantastic experience please follow these simple guidelines during your adventure and upon returning the campervan.
1. All drivers must be over 21 years old with no more than 9 points on their driving licence
2. The campervan will be provided with a full tank of diesel. You can choose to return it with a full tank or alternatively we will refuel, however, charges will apply.
3. Unlimited mileage is included, but please inform us if you plan on traveling long distances.
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the campervan. A cleaning fee will be charged for any violation.
5. Pets are not allowed
6. Report any damages or issues immediately and use only the provided equipment. Please refrain from attaching any external devices or equipment.
7. Follow all road rules and speed limits, avoid off-road driving and ensure the campervan is parked in safe, secure locations.
8. Keep the interior clean and free of food debris, use provided amenities responsibly (fridge, heater, USB ports, etc.) and ensure all items (furniture, seats, etc.) are secured while driving. A cleaning fee will apply if the campervan is returned in an unsatisfactory condition.
9. Dispose of all trash in designated bins. Do not leave any waste inside the campervan.
10. Return the campervan by the agreed-upon time. Late returns may incur additional charges.
11. Remove all personal belongings. We are not responsible for any items left behind.
12. Return all keys, manuals, and documents provided with the campervan.
