Bob – Beautiful 4 berth Volkswagen camper van 2016 (2 adults & 2 children)

Please ensure:

- Insurance is included in the cost of hire but all required details, driving licence copy and code will be required 7 days before booking to allow time to arrange or booking cannot go ahead.

- Security deposit must be paid 7 days prior to hire and will be returned once checks have been completed on the vehicle and any costs deducted.

- There is no parking available at Bob's collection address. It is recommended that you park at the local train station and pay for your parking there separately. The train station is a 5 minute walk from our address.

- Bob will be hired with a full tank, please ensure he is returned with a full tank or the cost to refuel will be taken from your deposit.

- Bob will be cleaned internally and externally before hire to you, please ensure he is cleaned inside and out before he is returned. If a clean is required when you return him, the cost will be deducted from your deposit.

- Please ensure that all breakages are pointed out upon return, these will be taken from your deposit.

- if you intend to wild camp or stay in a location which does not provide electrical hookup, it is important to note that only the fridge and USB charges will work on the leisure battery (12v). The hob, and sockets will only work with a full electrical hookup.

- If involved in an accident whilst hiring Bob, please ensure that you report to the insurance provider within 24 hours of the accident and also notify us. It is your responsibility to take all parties / witnesses details including phone numbers, insurance provider / policy number and contact details.

- any tolls, speeding fines, ULEZ charges etc will be deducted from your deposit or recouped from you after your hire, please make us aware if you believe you entered any chargeable zones.
