Driver Requirements:
• Minimum age: 25 years old
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 3 years
• No more than 6 penalty points (no major convictions)
• Valid photo ID and proof of address required prior to hire

Usage:
• No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle
• No off-road driving or unauthorised festivals/events (unless agreed in advance)
• UK travel included; European travel permitted only with prior approval and surcharge
• Vehicle must not exceed the agreed mileage cap (charges apply for excess)

Pick-Up & Return:
• Pick-up: From 3:00PM | Return: By 11:00 AM
• Return the van clean inside, with a full tank of fuel
• £50 cleaning fee may apply if returned in poor condition

Security Deposit:
• £750 refundable security deposit required before hire via Bank transfer to ensure traceable payment for insurance purposes
• Deductions may be made for damage, late return, fuel, or cleaning
