Please look after Wanderbuzz and return her with:
- Car battery is charged between 95-100% *
- Power Station is charged 95-100% *
- Interior is clean and free from rubbish - If the motorhome is not brought back in a reasonable clean condition you will subject to a cleaning fee up to £60.
- Tentbox and equipment is packed away properly. If additional time is needed to repack, there may be a subject to a charge of £25.
- Cookware and utensils are clean
- Exterior is left clean
- Report any damages/losses
- Late return (unless prior agreement) :
0–1hr late: £20
1–2hrs late: £40
2–4hrs late: £75
Over 4hrs or not back same day: Full peak day rate + potential cancellation of next hire.
* Please note that if the batteries are not charged, we'll need to charge 40p per KWh. This will be deducted from the deposit and paid for separately. There will also be a recharging fee of £15 plus the 40p per KWh top up amount.

We hired the ID Buzz to try it out as a vehicle and to attend a local music festival. Ollie’s handover was very thorough and helpful. Overall we enjoyed the experience, but it reinforced how tidy you need to be in quite a small space! The ID Buzz looked cute, drove very well and was packed with useful equipment ideal for a weekend away. The fridge was especially welcome. It was my first experience with an automatic and an EV, so I was a little apprehensive but it was a great driving experience.

We had an amazing time staying in the Wandrbuzz! It was our first time hiring one and we loved the driving experience. Ollie was really helpful before the trip, providing us with lots of tips and information.
The tentbox was very comfortable and we got used to setting it up after the first day. The Wandrbuzz has all the appliances you need for a comfy stay. I highly recommend hiring it. We'd love to hire it again in future, thanks Ollie!

Loved the ALL ELECTRIC experience! The Buzz was in excellent condition, clean, well-equipped. And a very smooth handover. Ideal for the festival weekend - and drew lots of interest. We decided to sleep in the tent box on the roof rather than inside the camper - comfortable, loads of room and easy to put up. All in all, highly recommend.

We had a lovely break in Wanrbuzz. Ollie was very helpful both before the trip in giving advice, including a recommendation for a great campsite, and in explaining all the features of the well equipped van before we set off.
The van was very comfortable to sleep in and we would recommend the optional ‘power station’,which made it very easy to use the kettle, induction hub and to charge devices when the van was off.

Ollie was excellent at showing me what I needed to know, giving his brilliant advice and generally being really friendly, understanding and approachable.
The equipment provided was great and it was obvious that Ollie and his family had already been there and done it to make sure everything worked as it was meant to.
Even though the weather on our trip wasn't great at times the van and the tent worked brilliantly and kept us dry and cosy.
I'd thoroughly recommend Ollie's hosting skills and look forward to the next time we take the Wanderbuzz out again.
