1. Fuel Policy & Gas Bottle
The campervan will be provided with a full tank of fuel and two 6kg gas bottles. Please return it with full tanks.
If the campervan is returned without full tanks, a refuelling charge will apply, along with the cost of the fuel and gas.
2. Mileage Limit
Unlimited mileage is included within the UK. For European travel, a 3,000 miles limit applies.
3. Smoking Policy
Smoking and use of e-cigarettes including vapes is strictly prohibited inside the campervan. A cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
4. Pets
We love pets, 2 well behaved pets are welcome. No pets in the shower, please use the outdoor shower.
5. Campsite and Overnight Parking
Please use designated campsites or legal overnight parking spots. Wild camping is not permitted in many areas of the UK and Europe, so please check local regulations. We can provide FREE temporary membership to the Caravan and Motorhome Club with member rates at over 2700 campsites and discounted Ferry and tunnel crossings.
6. Cleaning
Please return the campervan in the same clean condition as when it was collected.
7. Cassette Toilet
The cassette toilet must be emptied and cleaned before returning the campervan. Toilet chemicals must be used. Failure to do so will incur an additional cleaning charge of £100.
8. Waste Disposal
Dispose of rubbish and waste tanks responsibly at designated sites. Do not leave litter behind in the campervan or at campsites. A cleaning fee of £75 will be applied if waste tanks are not emptied.
9. Respect for the Campervan
Please treat the campervan with care and respect, as if it were your own. Enjoy your trip, but remember that any damage or excessive wear and tear will be deducted from your deposit.
10. Europe travel £30 per day.
11. It is your responsibility to fill out the insurance form at least 90 days before your hire start date. The link will be emailed. This allows us to confirm your insurance and your booking in time.
