To keep Ellie happy and ensure every guest has a great trip, we kindly ask that you follow these simple rules:
1. No Smoking – Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the van.
2.Festivals yes – Please discuss in advance if you would like to take Ellie to a festival.
3. Pets allowed-small well behaved dog(s)– please check with us first.
4. Treat Her Gently -Ellie's your home on wheels – please drive with care and respect the interior.
5. Please return Ellie with her interior clean, toilet empty and cleaned and the grey waste emptied.
6. Fuel Policy – Full to full. Please return with a full tank of diesel.
7. Pick-Up/Drop-Off Times – Collection from 2pm, return by 11am. Let us know if you need flexibility – we’ll do our best to accommodate.
8. Weekly mileage limit 1000.
Extra mileage to be charged at 30p per mile.
9. Tea towels provided.
Hand towel for bathroom provided.
10. Off grid camping please discuss in advance.
11. Minimum age restriction 26.

We had a fantastic weekend renting Martin & Caroline's motorhome! From the start, the handover was smooth and stress-free, they were incredibly welcoming, walked us through everything clearly, and made sure we felt confident before setting off. The motor home was ready for us on arrival, immaculate and well presented leaving us in awe.
Our road trip took us through the Cotswolds, where we explored some beautiful countryside and camped in a couple different sites, such a peaceful way to travel and experience nature. We wanted to hire earlier than expected which wasn’t an issue - the communication and changing the booking was easy and with no issues.
The motorhome was particularly special because it was spotless, well-equipped, modern, and clearly cared for with love – It even has a shower! The little touches like a welcome basket, toilet paper, kitchen essentials, and thoughtful extras made it feel like a home on wheels.
Would 1000% recommend to anyone considering a campervan escape, and we WILL be returning again.
