Callie the Caddy – Off-Grid 4x4 van. Insurance included!

Callie has had new furniture installed professionally by The Ply Guys up in Glasgow to a very high standard. All finished in burnt orange Harris Tweed fabric. She is ideal for couples wanting to go off grid camping in areas that may be less accessible to other campers. Full insurance, roadside recovery and onward travel is provided as standard. Please enquire about travel abroad or festival usage.

This van is fully loaded with all the kit you may possibly need for your trip, all you need to add is bedding and food. Tea/coffee/hot chocolate & some basic seasonings are also provided free of charge.

The L-shape sofa in the rear pulls out into a double bed. The living area also has a table that can be set up for dining, alongside under bed storage & various hooks and netting on the wall to store the essentials. Inside there is a small TV mounted to the roof that has a chrome-cast to watch your favourite shows after a day of outdoor activities.

The awning extends to 2m to cover the cooking area in case of rain or as needed for shade. There is a clip in tent available to make an extra room.

For cooking, there is a 2 burner Cadac 2 stove with rings & flat top attachments to grill steaks or make smash burgers etc. All cooking equipment is included along with plates, cutlery with a full set of pans, knives, bowls & various kitchenware. The kitchen unit also pulls out to enable easy outdoor cooking. Camping chairs & a table are also provided & can be found in the roof-box. A Dometic portable jerrycan & tap unit provides running water for filling water bottles or washing the dishes.

The van comes fitted with a leisure battery fitted to power the fridge & TV separately from the vehicle battery. There is USB outlets & a plug socket available to charge your devices. An extension lead for campsite power hookup is in the vehicle kit.

Additional extras:
• A Jackery style Powerbank is available to campers that may have higher energy needs for off-grid camping.
• A tow bar bike rack for up to 3 bicycles
