Our house rules are simple, the most important one is that you have a great time in The Falcon, but please remember the following:
- Full tank of Diesel to be filled at local garage before returned.
- Give the interior a Clean/wipe down on return.
- Please do not clean/jetwash/carwash the exterior.
- No smoking in or near the van, as it has LPG heating (if using the gas BBQ)
- All damage is chargeable.
- A pet is allowed, one dog only with a maximum of 4 people
- If you hire the PortaPotti, please empty it using an appropriate waste location and give it a clean before returning the van, most waste locations have a hose.
** Drop off and collection times can be flexible
*** We have plenty of extras for you to take on your trip (FOC). We can discuss these before collection. Any damage to the kit would be chargeable through the insurance policy

This was our first exploratory trip in a VW Camper. Our experience with the van and Becky (owner) was so good that we were able to cope with the gale force winds and sheet rain with some positivity. At handover, Becky gave us a thorough experience and this enabled us to approach the van with confidence, safe in the knowledge that we had the ability to manage most things. For those situations that were slightly more testing Becky was always at the end of a phone and responded extremely swiftly when asked questions. The van itself is stylish and comfortable and has clearly been completed to a high spec. On returning the van, Becky was keen to hear about feedback in order to ensure that future experiences for people renting the van will be optimised. All-in-all, a great experience with the van under difficult weather conditions and Becky herself was completely charming and helpful throughout.

This is a fantastic mid-sized camper that my friends and I used as a base for our hiking trip in the Peak District. It comfortably accommodated the four of us, and for me, it served as a great bed after long days on the trails.
The camper is well-equipped, with a generously sized fridge, two spacious beds, and an excellent heater that kept me warm even in -3°C conditions.
Becky was an outstanding host—friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. She even suggested extra activities beyond our itinerary and was always just a message away if we had any questions. Her flexibility with pick-up and drop-off made everything even easier.
"Falcon" has been professionally converted by Tribe, a company renowned for its build quality, and it really shows. Every surface feels premium, and the seats are both durable and incredibly comfortable.
Highly recommended—I'd definitely book again!

We had a great time in our short trip in Becky's campervan.
Becky was very helpful at handover, explained everything we needed to know, and also gave us some pointers which will help us in our choice of a campervan to buy - the main reason for our trip being to determine what works and what doesn't work for us in the amenities of a VW Transporter campervan.

Can you give more than 5 stars?? What an absolutely amazing week we had! We had looked at a few campers on the site but we really loved the backstory that Becky had given! She responded to any queries we had very quickly and assured us that if we came across any issues whilst away she was a phone call away. Myself and my partner travelled up to the Scottish highlands in the camper and felt truly spoilt as there is a luxurious feel to “the falcon”! The week spent in the camper has truly given us the bug and made us want one of our own. If you’re looking to hire a camper then we would definitely recommend using this camper as we made so many amazing memories. Thankyou!!!!

Just got back from a 3 day trip to the lake district with my dog in the falcon! Becky was really helpful and communicated throughout which was great!The falcon was a really nice drive and comfortable making the long hours driving from the midlands a breeze!
Would highly recommend either as a solo trip or with the family and the kids as the falcon is spacious enough and has all the extras needed to make it a nice trip!

Communication before pick up was excellent. The handover process was very good, all features of The Falcon were clearly explained and demonstrated to us.
We travelled into Derbyshire and then up as far as Whitby and Scarborough. We thoroughly enjoyed our first Campervan experience, The Falcon was equipped with all things we could possibly need and was very comfortable and easy to use.

Rebecca and Mark were fantastic, explaining everything we needed to know about using Falcon, even answering our questions whilst we were away. Very flexible with our collection and drop off time.
We thoroughly enjoyed using Falcon for a weekend. Provided with lots of great extras to help our first campervan experience go well.
So good we are now thinking of buying our own.

very hi spec van, the guys have all the gear you could possibly need and will provide a custom load out for you. Very thorough and informative with quick comms. Van is really comfy both to sleep in and drive. Highly recommended.
