Fuel Policy: Full to Full for both gas and Diesel (£20 surcharge, plus fuelling cost applied if not returned full).
Water / Waste tank policy: Water tank will be provided as requested by customer (full or empty), waste tank must be emptied before return (£50 charge for emptying).
Cleanliness: A choice between self-clean and return clean is given (£75 chargeable for cleaning if required or not returned clean).
Bedding: Please request £20 for a full set (6 pillows, 3 duvets, 3 covers).
Parking: Parking is available for duration of rental (no liability accepted).
Toilet and compartment: Must be cleaned and empty (£50 charge if returned with liquid or other items).
Pets: Only hypoallergenic pets are allowed.
Traffic Offences: All fines incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter. This includes, but not limited to, speeding fines, parking fines and clean air zone fines.
Roadside assistance: Full assistance is provided; however, we are unable to cover vehicle parked off road (such a fields) or in places where access is restricted.

IMPORTANT:

Two forms of ID shall be obtained for every driver. The following documentation is acceptable proof
of address alongside one utility bill/statement
a) Council Tax bill/statement
b) TV / internet/ landline telephone bill (including Sky/Virgin/BT etc)
c) Bank Statement
d) Credit Card Statement
e) Mortgage Statement
The proofs of address provided must be dated within 90 days of the hire date and have the same
address appearing on the driving licence.
