Please return with a full tank of fuel. Garages are very close to us to refill on way back.
Any tanks (not fresh water) that are NOT emptied will be charged at £50 per tank! I.e Grey waste & toilet.
Gas and toilet chemicals will be charged based on usage on return at cost price to us.
If the van is not returned clean then we will charge a cleaning fee, if clean then we won’t!

The whole experience was amazing and stress free, from using the Goboony app for the first time, to the whole motorhome trip.
We went to Cornwall for 5 days and I was extremely impressed with the versatility and autonomy of the van.

What a great family to rent Bailey the Bus from. We live in the East Midlands and from our first contact to finishing our holiday these guys actually care and it just felt right so we did not mind travelling to collect this one then we holidayed via Stonehenge via Forest Of Dean via the Brecon Beacons. We had the most brilliant experience hiring this motorhome from Pete and Jen. They were brilliant at communicating with us prior to the hire starting and the handover at collection was really informative given we were complete motorhome novices. We took the motorhome with our two boys to Camp Bestival for the weekend and it was perfect. We were off grid with no hookup and had sufficient electric and gas for what we needed. Hot water on demand every time and extremely comfortable beds. The vehicle is lovely to drive. We had a few questions while we were away and Pete responded every time within minutes. All in all a fab experience and I would highly recommend this motorhome.

A full 10/10 perfect weekend hire of your camper.
Everything was perfect. This was a real bucket list trip for myself and friends to attend the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Your location related to Southampton airport was perfect. We even found the No24 bus stopped literally outside your front door.
The beds, toilet , cooker , fridge, lighting … everything worked perfectly and made it an amazing weekend. We even had to use the awning for shade from the scorching sun, how rare is that !! Usually it would be for the rain.
We would deffo hire again. Super comfy chairs provided too. All excellent. Your handover was superb and we would highly recommend this camper to everyone touring around the south coast.

What a lovely helpful couple Jen & Pete are. Made us feel at ease straight away & explained exactly where everything was & how it all worked. Very clean & organised motorhome. Everything we needed was there. Even the plates that were hiding in the microwave! We had a great couple of days in the New Forest with this lovely home from home. Plenty of space for us three single friends & my large dog who loved it. That bed that comes down is great! My friend loved it as much as she loved driving the vehicle. I loved the cocoon underneath & snuggled down in there nicely. While my other friend enjoyed the large bed at the back. Which was great to have as a 2nd socialising space when packed away. Loved this motorhome. Only disappointment was we only booked 2 nights! Highly recommend this motorhome & the lovely owners you get to meet. Thank you! 🙏

I’m not sure how you can leave a 2 star review. You ccollected in a rush and said you knew how to work everything, and then complained when you returned that you couldn’t get the gas to work without calling us. My wife showed you in less than 2 minutes that it was working.
You returned the motorhome dirty inside and out, a day early with an hours notice, in the dark, without filling up with diesel as agreed. You also left rubbish and your leftover food that we had to clear out.
I’m guessing the issue was that I charged you the agreed fees for cleaning and filling up with diesel.
As we said, if you have any issues, please call us and we can sort them out over the phone! I have only ever charged fees once, and don’t like to do it, but we are clear upfront what they are if the motorhome is looked after.
