Lizzie – 4 berth Volkswagen campervan from 2008

Lizzie is a great van, built by my mum and dad in 2010, she has travelled Europe. Driving from England, through France, Italy, Switzerland to Greece where she spent a couple of years.

Now back home the girls and I have enjoyed many trips to Cornwall and we are planning a trip to Scotland.

Inside you’ll find two double beds. The rock and roll bed if suggested for the adults while the fold out high sleeper is designed for the kids, a rope ladder is provided to aid getting into bed but adults may need to help lift the children up and down.

Bedding can be hired if requested. For an additional fee of £30 per stay (£15 per bedding set)

The van features a fold away sink for washing up that’s fully equipped with a pump, simply fill the tank below the sink with water and lift the lid to use. Once finished close the top giving you more surface space to cook.

The gas oven features two cooking shelves and two hobs, big enough to cook a roast dinner.

The fridge has a small freezer section and is the perfect size for a few day’s essentials.
Please note you MUST book a site with electric hook up to power the fridge. The fridge will drain and damage the leisure batteries if not plugged in.

The table has two possible positions within the van and can also be hooked on the door to the rear.

We recommend booking a hook up as there are plenty of plugs within the van to charge your devices but the thing I love to most is the coffee machine. Working only on hook up there is nothing better than waking up with the sun shining and a nice coffee.
