Please empty rubbish and leave the Campervan as clean and tidy as you were given it, with pots and pans etc washed up. We provide a full kit of cleaning items with each hire.
For a £100 fee you can leave the clean to us
Valeting fee of £40.00 for rentals where a pet has been on board
Penalty fee of £250.00 for smoking in the vehicle
Cleaning Charge @ £75 per hour for vehicles bought back in an unfit state, the vehicle must be returned clean and floors to be swept, including the hob, sink, all plates, bowls, cups, pots, pans, cutlery etc.
We do not expect you to clean the outside of the vehicle unless it is exceptionally dirty, i.e. covered in mud from a field.
Late Return Charge @ £100 per hour, unless agreed previously
Administration fee of £20 in addition to each and every legal penalty / fine accrued during the hire period
The cost of re-fuelling the vehicle if it is not returned full. This shall be charged @ £Market rate + £30.00
The cost of any damage to the vehicle including over and above the security deposit. Our labour rate for repairs is £90.00 per hour. If repairs have to be outsourced then it will be at the discretion of the garage carrying out the repairs.

If the traveller cancels a confirmed Booking, they will be subject to the cancellation policy outlined in the Rental Agreement. The advertiser will receive any remaining cancellation costs after Goboony's service fee and booking costs have been deducted.
The deposit is fully refunded when the booking is cancelled.
