Matilda – Beautiful 4 berth 4 belt Bailey Approach 745 SE

Thank you for taking the time to consider renting Matilda.

She is 13 years old and beautiful inside and out.

She has a few house rules to help us keep her that way.

Pre pick up we will WhatsApp you a very comprehensive handover video explaining everything so when you arrive you can just load up and head off. (no boring tutorials from us )

We expect you to take a few pictures or a video on your phone of the outside/ inside of me for reference to any damage pre or post your great adventures.

Please No smoking or vaping in the van.

Please bring the toilet back clean and empty
(£50 charge if not for cleaning)

Please never never over fill the toilet cassette it’s a rotten job for anyone if this unfortunately happens.
(£100 charge for a sanitising clean)

We love pets so feel free to bring them along, throws will be supplied for the furniture and a cordless vac along with all cleaning materials.
( £75 cleaning fee will be deducted if Matilda comes back in a much lesser state than when you met her, excludes the outside)

Matilda has full Uk recovery but in the event you possibly misplace the keys there will be a £350 charge to replace them and to courier you the spares ( UK only )

Matilda is full of fuel when you pick her up if she comes back with less that’s no problem but a £30 per quarter tank will be charged.

We understand fair wear & tear and we know things can get damaged but please inform us if anything does so we can replace or mend them before Matilda goes back out on her next adventure.

We supply all bed linen and towels if required with NO laundry fee but please leave all dirty laundry in the shower.

You can use Ozzy the awning as a sun shade but please please please don’t put him out in storms or high winds he will get damaged if you do so.
(£750 to replace if damaged)
