🚐 Campervan Hire – Terms & Conditions
✅ Drivers: 25+ with full UK licence held 2+ yrs, max 3 points, all drivers declared & approved.
🛡️ Insurance: Fully insured for self-drive hire. £750 excess per incident (taken from deposit if needed). Hirer liable for uninsured losses (undeclared drivers, negligence, prohibited use).
💷 Security Deposit: Refundable £750 required before hire. Deductions may be made for damage, late return, missing items, cleaning or refuelling.
🛏️ Sleeping: Sleeps 3 (double pull-out bed + 1 seat conversion board). Bedding not included.
⛽ Fuel: Leaves full of diesel, return full. Refuelling fee £45 + fuel cost if not returned full.
🐾 Pets: Well-behaved dogs welcome (no chewers/scratchers). Pet damage charged.
🚭 No Smoking/Vaping inside van.
🕒 Pick-up & Return: By agreement, flexible. Late returns £50/hr up to daily rate; 3+ hrs late = full day’s hire.
🎪 Festivals: Only with prior approval. Extra fee/deposit may apply.
🔧 Breakdown/Accident: UK & EU breakdown cover included. Accidents must be reported immediately with full third-party details. Failure may affect cover.
📏 Mileage: 1,000 miles per week included, 25p per mile excess.
🧼 Return Condition: Van must be returned clean/tidy. Excessive dirt, mud, pet hair or smoke residue = £75–£100 cleaning fee.
❌ Prohibited Use: No racing, off-road, towing (unless agreed) or illegal use.
📦 Personal Property: We cannot accept liability for loss/damage to belongings.
🔑 Admin Fees: Lost keys = replacement key cost + £50. Parking/speeding/LEZ&CAZ fines = £25 admin + fine.
