We want you to enjoy your trip but at the same time treat our Motorhome with respect and return it to us in the same condition you received it and at the time agreed.
Upon return:
Waste water - this must be fully emptied
Toilet Cassette - all waste must be emptied and the cassette rinsed clean
Fuel - returned with the same amount as supplied
Crockery, cups, cutlery, cooking equipment - returned cleaned
*charges will apply if any of the above are not completed*
Any damage to the interior or exterior will be chargeable
There is a strict NO smoking policy which includes e-cigarettes
We accept a maximum of 2 small/medium dogs or 1 large well behaved dog (breed to be specified on booking and no dogs listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 will be allowed). They are not allowed on any furniture or beds. Any evidence of this may result in additional costs for cleaning.
Drivers Requirements:
Full Driving Licence required
Must have held full licence for a minimum of 2 years
Drivers must be over 25 and under 75
Hirers are required to provide an access code to the DVLA licence check scheme
We require a copy of your drivers licence and 2 further proofs of ID in form of utility bill
Insurance covers 1 named driver (additional driver charged at £35)
Signed rental agreement
Driving licence must be shown on day of hire
The hirer is responsible for any fines received (fixed penalty notices, parking charges, toll charges, congestion zones etc)
EU & Scotland Travel - Scotland Travel will incur an additional £20 charge per day and EU travel will incur an additional £30 per day.
The motorhome is fitted with an HD dash cam, which operates via GPS. It is equipped with numerous sensors which measure speed, impact and G-force. It is there for your own safety and must not, under any circumstance, be switched off. If switched off this could invalidate the insurance cover during your hire.
Please allow an hour for handover on collection and return.
