No shoes in the rear of the van to prevent mud, please use the front of the van and remove shoes there if you are to do so.
White tailored insulated curtains, please take care and make sure they are rolled up away when cooking.
Tailored fabric sofa bed, please protect it from food stains and mud where can.
Make sure interior I.e draws, fridge, doors are secure before driving
Please respect and return the van how it was given
Insurance would be arranged by travellers via Adrian Flux or TempCover. Please message me for further guidance on insurance. Failure to do so will result in the termination of your trip and a 10% refund of your rental fee.
*Please note you must provide;
- your own fully comprehensive insurance and breakdown cover and be able to provide a copy of both
- your driving licence (Front and back)
- Proof of address before your trip.
Vehicle to be returned full of fuel, and LPG gas + the interior empty of all food and personal equipment.
Additional charges apply as below and will be deducted from the deposit;
- £50 for any paintwork inside.
- £25 plus the cost of the LPG gas if not replenished.
- £25 plus the cost of the fuel if returned with the fuel tank empty.
- Fridge/cupboards not emptied - £25
- Unclean Toilet/shower - £100
- Toilet not emptied - £100
- Smoking strictly prohibited- £300
- Any careless behaviour I.e stains on furnishings, scratches to the floor, bathroom or kitchen - starts from £100
