Rental Rules for Ford Roller Team 675

1. Driver Requirements

Must be aged between 30-79

Full UK/EU driving licence held for at least 2 years

No more than 6 penalty points

No major driving convictions

2. Mileage & Fuel

150 miles per day included – excess charged at £0.75/mile

Supplied with a full tank of fuel – must be returned full

Fuel top-up fee applies if returned less than full

3. Insurance & Breakdown Cover

Fully comprehensive insurance included

UK breakdown cover included

Hirer liable for the insurance excess in the event of damage (£1000)

4. Security Deposit

£1500 refundable security deposit required before collection

Deposit returned within 7 days if no damage, fines or cleaning fees

5. Pick-Up & Return

Collection: 3pm Rugby

Return: 11am Rugby

Late returns may incur a fee

6. Cleaning

Motorhome must be returned clean inside, with toilet cassette emptied

Cleaning fee of £100 if returned excessively dirty or with unemptied toilet

7. Smoking & Pets

Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the motorhome

No pets allowed unless agreed in advance

8. Use of the Vehicle

UK travel only (unless agreed for EU use)

No festivals or off-road use (festivals please enquire)

Do not exceed the speed limits or weight capacity

Do not allow unauthorised drivers to operate the vehicle

9. Accidents or Damage

All damage must be reported immediately

Do not attempt DIY repairs – contact us for roadside support

10. Extras & Equipment

11.No smoking inside the motorhome

All equipment must be returned in good condition

Lost/damaged items will be deducted from the deposit
